"Law & Building Real Estate Agency" (hereafter referred to as the "Company") establishes and operates the following policy to protect and respect the privacy and rights of users in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, and to smoothly handle user complaints related to personal information. Chapter 1. Procedure for Consent to Collection of Personal Information
The Company provides a procedure where users can click the "Agree" or "Disagree" button regarding the contents of the privacy policy or terms of use on the website. Clicking the "Agree" button is considered as consenting to the collection of personal information.

Chapter 2. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information
The Company utilizes personal information for the following purposes. Processed personal information will not be used for any purpose other than the following purposes, and if the purpose of use changes, prior consent will be obtained.

a. Name, ID, Password: Confirmation of membership registration, prevention of service misuse, understanding access frequency, personal identification procedures for using member services.
b. Email address, phone number (confirmation of receipt): Providing notifications, confirming intentions, ensuring smooth communication channels for complaints handling, providing event and advertising information, understanding access frequency or statistics on member service usage.
c. Address, phone number: Securing accurate delivery information for gifts and goods.


Chapter 3. Transmission of Advertising Information
a. The Company does not send advertising information for profit purposes contrary to your explicit refusal to receive it.
b. The Company will inform you of changes in terms and conditions, changes related to service usage, new services/new products or event information, and other product information via electronic mail, mobile phone text messages, or other comprehensive transmission methods. In this case, the Company will comply with the specified matters and methods according to relevant laws.
c. When sending advertising information for online marketing such as product information, the Company will take measures to ensure that you can easily recognize it in the subject and body of the email.


Chapter 4. Scope of Personal Information Collection
Users can freely access most content without a separate membership registration process. However, to use member services, the following information must be provided.
a. Personal information items to be collected: Name, email, date of birth, ID, password, gender, address, phone number (landline), email reception status, SMS reception status, service usage records, access logs, customer information (name, phone number, address, email).
b. Method of personal information collection: Membership registration on the website and bulletin boards, etc.


Chapter 5. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
The Company will promptly destroy the collected personal information after the purpose of collection and use has been achieved. However, for the following information, it will be retained for the specified period for the following reasons:
-Retention items: Name, login ID, password, email, date of birth
-Basis for retention: Prevention of recurrence of improper use by defective members
-Retention period: 1 month
Furthermore, if there is a need to retain member information due to the provisions of related laws and regulations, the Company will retain the member information for a certain period as stipulated by the related laws and regulations.
Records related to consumer complaints or dispute handling: 3 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)


Chapter 6. Procedure and Method of Personal Information Destruction
The Company will promptly destroy personal information when the purpose of processing personal information is achieved. The procedure, period, and method of destruction are as follows:
-Destruction procedure:
Information entered by users for membership registration, etc., will be transferred to a separate DB (in case of paper, a separate document storage) and stored for a certain period according to internal policies and other related laws (refer to retention and use period). After the expiration of the retention period, personal information will be destroyed without delay. Personal information transferred to a separate DB will not be used for any purpose other than storage, unless required by law.
-Destruction period:
Personal information of users will be destroyed within 5 days from the end of the retention period, or within 5 days from the date it is deemed unnecessary when the purpose of processing personal information is achieved.
-Destruction method:
Technical methods are used to ensure that records in electronic file format cannot be reproduced.

Chapter 7. Measures to Secure the Safety of Personal Information
The Company is taking the following measures to ensure safety in accordance with Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act:

a. Minimization and education of personnel handling personal information: Designating personnel handling personal information, limiting to authorized personnel, and implementing measures to manage personal information.

b. Encryption of personal information: Passwords are encrypted for storage and management of user personal information, and important data is protected by using separate security functions such as encryption of files and transmission data.

Chapter 9. Collection of Opinions and Complaint Handling

Real-time counseling and telephone counseling are available only during business hours. We will respond sincerely to inquiries received via email or postal mail within 24 hours. However, inquiries received after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.


1. When it is discovered that a user has used another person's personal information to register as a member, immediate measures such as service suspension or membership withdrawal for the corresponding ID will be taken.
2. If a user who recognizes the unauthorized use of their personal information requests service suspension or membership withdrawal for the corresponding ID, immediate measures will be taken.

Chapter 10. Disclosure obligation
This privacy policy will be effective from the enforcement date, and any additional, deleted, or revised content due to legal provisions and policies will be notified through the notice section 7 days before the changes take effect.
